Construction Site Manager

Job Description

The Construction Site Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and site safety requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and consultants.

• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and proper workmanship.

• Resolve site issues, delays, or technical problems promptly.

• Ensure the construction project meets deadlines and budget requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision or site management.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiar with construction safety standards and site management procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building construction, infrastructure, or renovation projects.

• Knowledge of project scheduling and construction planning.

• Familiar with site safety management systems.
