Job Description

Oversee overall site operations and construction activities
Plan, coordinate and control site works to meet project schedule
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams
Monitor work progress, quality standards and safety compliance
Identify site issues early and implement practical solutions
Manage manpower, materials and site resources effectively
Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
Maintain site records, reports and documentation
Liaise with clients, authorities and external stakeholders when required
Able to lead site team and make independent decisions
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
