Construction Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

. Assist the Project Manager to plan, schedule the manpower and plant.

. Ensure smooth daily operation of work activities on site.

. Supervise subordinates to complete the operations in a safe manner.

. Supervise and coordinate work activities with contractors to ensure timely schedule of work

. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations during supervision of work

. Ensure work activities meet the required standards and specifications

. Carry out site inspections and assist with documentation work

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines

. Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site management experience

. Prior experience in Singapore construction projects is highly preferred (residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments)

. Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, BCA requirements, and site procedures

. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

. Good organizational and planning skills
