Job Description

Job Title: Construction Site Manager

Location: Singapore and China

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to take full ownership of our projects. You will be the key point of contact on the ground, responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Project Execution: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.

. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA (or local equivalent) safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.

. Scheduling: Develop and manage the construction schedule. Anticipate potential delays and implement proactive solutions to maintain workflow.

. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and laborers. Ensure all parties have the resources and information needed to perform their scope of work.

. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and client expectations.

. Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, clients, architects, and field personnel. Facilitate weekly progress meetings.

. Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, site reports, and photographic records. Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in commercial, residential, industrial projects.

. Proven experience managing projects with a value of $15M+ from ground-up or major renovation.

Education & Certifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience.

. Valid [OSHA 30, LEED, PMP, or Local Certification] preferred.

Skills:

. Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

. Strong financial acumen regarding budget tracking and cost control.

. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.

. Bilingual in English/Chinese] is required.
