Construction Manager

Job Descriptions:

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be based in one of the project site in Singapore. This position will see you leading a team of professionals to ensure project milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement Construction plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
5. Communicate regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team to provide progress updates and address any concerns
6. Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
7. Lead and motivate your team, providing direction, support, and opportunities for professional development

Requirements:

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and strong leadership qualities.
• Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
• Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At Least 5 years of Experience in Civil Works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCad.
