Key Responsibilities
. Assist Snr Executive in the planning, coordination, and implementation of programmes and events for residents including festive celebrations, such as residents birthday parties, as well as Chinese New Year, Easter, Christmas events, and intergenerational visit programmes.
. Assist in maintaining accurate stakeholders and volunteer records in VMS systems.
. Ensure compliance with PDPA, infection control, and safeguarding protocols during events.
. Assist in preparing monthly programmes infographic/reports.
. Liaise with internal teams (nursing, therapy, operations) to ensure programme activities align with residents care plans.
. Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with community stakeholders, volunteers, schools, and corporate partners.
. Coordinate logistics for activities, including sourcing materials, booking venues, and managing schedules.
. Represent the organization during community events or partnership meetings as needed.
. Perform any other administrative or coordination duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirement/Qualifications
. Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Events Management, Communications, or related field.
. 2- 5 years of experience in community engagement or volunteer management.
. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
. Be proactive, resourceful, and team player.
. Be comfortable working with seniors and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
. Basic knowledge of PDPA and safeguarding practices.
. Be proficient in Microsoft Office
. Flexibility to work on weekends is required, with a replacement day off during the weekday.
Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
