Job Description
1. Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting
2. Manage student records, including enrolments, transfers, and withdrawals
3. Support class operations, including scheduling, materials preparation, and printing
4. Manage inventory, stock taking, and packing of materials
5. Assist with billing, collections, and general coordination
6. Maintain and update the Student Management System (e.g. scheduling, classroom allocation)
7. Support daily centre operations and process improvements
Job Requirement
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills
-Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or WPS Office
-Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
-Able to work on both weekends
Experience and Education
-At least a Diploma or equivalent
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
