- Draft, edit, and share newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages
- Keep internal platforms updated, including intranet and digital channels
- Create materials to support campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Work with teams to gather and distribute content on time
- Support engagement activities such as town halls, team-building, and recognition programs
- Partner with HR to boost participation and collect feedback
- Track engagement outcomes and prepare simple reports
- Manage communication calendars and align with business milestones
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venues, materials, and vendors
- Provide administrative support like budget tracking and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role (internships included).
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Canva).
