- Create and edit engaging content for newsletters, announcements, and internal platforms
- Develop creative audio-visual assets that enhance storytelling and employee engagement
- Manage social media by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and suggesting fresh ideas
- Support company events including town halls, leadership sessions, and team-building, handling logistics and communication materials
- Contribute to internal campaigns such as wellness programs, surveys, and change initiatives with timely updates
- Draft external communication materials, compile media coverage, and support daily monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local business units to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication support
- Maintain corporate identity and branding standards, while supporting regional communication strategies and centralized content resources
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Public Relations and Communications with prior experience in ideating and producing creative communications materials
- Prior experience in project management and employee engagement will be an advantage.
