About this Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join our Commercial International team.

Reporting to the Head of Chartering-International, you will support the chartering and tendering team in research and analysis into regional market data, and to assist in tenders and contract preparation.

This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be external client point of contact for enquiries, tenders and contracts, as well as internal departments during pre and post fixtures
• Raise awareness of CYANs service offering, integrated capabilities and tailored solutions to existing and new Clients
• Assist preparation and submission of tenders in a timely manner
• Issue quotes/pricing indications to Clients in accordance with company policies and procedures in a timely manner
• Manage the chartering process, including negotiations, contract management, and execution of charter agreements for respective regions/areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of charters, addressing any issues that may arise during the charter.
• Prepare quotations and tender specifications accurately
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to oversee pending charters.
• Fully understand tender requirements in the tender submissions, and ensure relevant operational personnel, where required, are aware of vessel commitments to allow adequate planning of operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Maritime/Business/Marketing or equivalent is preferred
• Basic understanding of the maritime industry oil & gas, and renewables market
• Fresh graduates or 1 year working experience
