Job Title: Technical Co-Founder (Hardware & AI)
About Us:
We are an early-stage startup building next-generation wearable executive assistant devices and XR-enabled AI systems. Our vision is to merge cutting-edge AI agent architectures, hardware innovation, and XR technologies to create seamless human-machine interaction. We are looking for a passionate technical co-founder to take ownership of product R&D and technology roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hardware/AI architecture design, from wearable electronics to XR device integration.
- Build and scale prototypes (sensors, boards, optical/ display modules, wireless communication).
- Drive AI/LLM integration: multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, personalized assistant frameworks.
- Evaluate and optimize hardware trade-offs: cost, ergonomics, power efficiency, optics, and compute
- Collaborate with business/BD team to align technical roadmap with market and fundraising strategy.
- Recruit and mentor a small tech team; manage partnerships with suppliers, universities, and labs
Requirements:
- Strong background in hardware engineering (electronics, embedded systems, XR devices) or AI full-stack (LLM, agent frameworks, MLOps).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, circuit design, or XR hardware (FOV, optics, sensors, micro-OLED, Pancake lenses, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, knowledge graph deployment is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to take risks, iterate fast, and own the product.
- Preferably based in Singapore/China (but remote negotiable).
- Open to equity-based compensation; co-founder will share long-term upside.
