Assist the Department Manager to manage teams of supervisors and workers to carry out the installation, maintenance and dismantling of our equipment in accordance to safe work procedures, manufacturer's specifications and government regulations
Coordinate all Company internal administrative, logistics and operational elements as well as liaise with our clients project personnel to prepare, execute and fulfil project deliverables and schedule
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed
Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards
Job Requirements:
Must possess Class 3 driving license
Possess own car will be an added advantage
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills, leadership qualities and ability tomanage multiple projectsunder tight timelines.
Self-motivated with a very strong work ethic
Must be able to manage independently, with and without supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to read and understand architectural/structural drawings will be an added advantage
Remarks:
Working Days : 5.5 days work week
Working Time : 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.00am to 12.30pm (Sat)
