Job Description
- Assist the sales team with quotations and administrative support.
- Attend to customer queries via phones /emails / walk-in showroom.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Price list maintenance and management.
- Assist and support in the preparation for tender submissions.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/Diploma in any field.
- Working experience in the related field preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
- Meticulous and fast learner (guidance will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated.
