Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is both a people person and an operator- able to balance hospitality and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas.
Member Experience Maintain high service standards, build strong relationships with members, and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Events & Programming Plan and execute events, activities, and initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention.
Compliance & Safety Ensure the club complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
Facilities Management Oversee the upkeep of club facilities, equipment, and amenities to ensure a premium experience.
Food Service & Presentation -Reheat prepared food correctly, following hygiene and quality standards to preserve taste and texture. Oversee plating and food presentation, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and visual appeal. Serve food and beverages when required.
