Our client, an exclusive membership club, is seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on General Manager to lead its launch and oversee day-to-day operations.This pre-opening leadership role requires proven expertise in building teams, setting up operational processes, and delivering world-class member experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the club's culture, service standards, and positioning as a premier private members destination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-opening phase, including operational setup, vendor management, and recruitment of key staff.
- Drive the overall member experience, ensuring exceptional hospitality, curated events programming, and personalized service.
- Oversee P&L management, budgets, and the financial performance of the club.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across F&B, membership, and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders to reinforce Vanta's positioning as a premier private club.
- Implement systems, SOPs, and service standards aligned with luxury club operations.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership role) within membership clubs, country clubs, lifestyle hospitality, or luxury hospitality environments.
- Pre-opening or startup experience is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with commercial acumen and hands-on operational management capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage members and foster a strong community.
