About the Team | Manager

Reporting directly to the Project Management Team Lead, you will join a high-achieving team in Singapore. This is a fully onsite position within a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring their complex clinical trial needs are met with precision and excellence.

About the Job

You will lead the end-to-end coordination of a clinical trial project portfolio, managing everything from initial study setup through to successful completion in a fast-paced global environment. You will serve as the primary link between external clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs while ensuring all study specifications, timelines, and documentation meet rigorous quality standards. Your core responsibilities include exercising financial acumen through budget management, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems. Additionally, you will foster cross-functional collaboration, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide guidance to team members to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of life-saving clinical trial services.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Supply Chain/Logistics or Business.

• Project management skills and understanding of GxP/clinical trials are mandatory.

• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office and ideally systems such as Salesforce etc.
