Airfreight Operations
Salary: $2800 - $3200
Job duties:
- Manage daily airfreight export and import operations
- Coordinate and liaise with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs
- Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits declaration
- Track cargo movements and ensure timely delivery
- Handle shipment bookings and space arrangements
- Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in airfreight operations (export/import)
- Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures
- Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
- Team player, responsible, and detail-oriented
Working location:
Airport Cargo Road
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Saturday, 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday off after probation period)
