Take on a pivotal role as a Salesforce Developer, where you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting robust applications. You will act as a technical contributor in building scalable solutions-specifically within the Public Sector domain ensuring high system stability and alignment with complex business requirements.

Job description

Application Engineering: Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet diverse business process and architectural needs.

Functional Enhancement: Develop system functionality through configurations and specialized Apex or Visualforce customizations when required.

Omnistudio Delivery: Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components, including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and Data Raptors, to deliver high-performance solutions.

Technical Analysis: Contribute to the design and configuration of system integrations and customized workflows across multiple platforms.

Collaboration & Quality: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and perform thorough testing to ensure high reliability and performance.

Release Management: Manage application releases and maintain ongoing system stability for packaged or SaaS applications.

Technical Guidance: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and industry best practices.

Continuous improvement: Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to drive team effectiveness and system optimization.

skills and experience required

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors) is highly preferred.

Industry Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is a significant advantage.

Certifications: Must hold at least one of the following: Salesforce Platform App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.

Core Competencies: Solid understanding of packaged development estimating, application integration, and software platforms.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design innovative and efficient technical solutions.

Communication: Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key decisions.

Bonus Skills: Exposure to advanced Omnistudio configurations, low-code tools, and experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
