Job Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of new business transactions which includes new application creation, correspondence letter preparation, receipts and policy contract issuance and meeting Company's policies and procedures and turnaround time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end processing of new business transactions including application creation, underwriting follow-ups, correspondence, receipts and policy issuance.
- Ensure cases are assessed in line with Company policies and service turn around time.
- Review correspondence such as offer letters, policy contracts for new products (if any) and special communications when required.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, including KYC / AML and Due Diligence Review.
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify control gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Review work quality, provide feedback, and support skill development of team members.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide deputy coverage to the Team Lead when required.
- Support new products, system enhancements or process change UAT.
- Perform any work or project as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 5-7 Years solid insurance processing experience preferably in the High Net Worth Insurance Sector
- Familiar with insurance policies, term and Indexed Universal life in particular
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good organization skills and attention to details.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and being a team player
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and work under pressure
