The company, specializing in the provision of products and services in healthcare, materials, and imaging, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as aClinical Application Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and application training for customers and sales teams.
- Provide post-installation training and ongoing customer support to ensure optimal product use.
- Troubleshoot application issues and deliver solutions or additional training as needed.
- Support pre-sales activities through demos and technical presentations for key projects.
- Maintain equipment functionality, QC, and image quality at customer sites.
- Participate in industry events such as roadshows and exhibitions.
- Train customers on image interpretation and application knowledge.
- Develop training programs for junior specialists.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback on image quality and product performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Radiography (Qualified Radiographer)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
