Clinical Coding Specialist (Gov Healthcare, Nursing, 5 days office hour) #HCL

Job Scope:

. Review and analyze patient medical records to assign accurate clinical codes (ICD, CPT, or equivalent coding standards).

. Ensure coding compliance with hospital policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.

. Support accurate clinical documentation for billing, reimbursement, and statistical reporting.

. Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or procedures where needed.

. Contribute to audits, quality checks, and process improvements in coding practices.

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related healthcare discipline.
