# Salary up to S$3300/month

# Monday to Friday, Office Hours

The company, a healthcare organisation, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Client Service Executive (Call Centre).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate hotline and email communications by promptly answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver daily reports on account servicing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources for both pre- and post-account servicing, ensuring smooth implementation and successful client outcomes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive client and company information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a call centre environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
