Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Clinic Assistant to support doctors in daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate will assist during procedures, prepare patients, handle documentation, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for medical and aesthetic procedures by performing facial cleansing, applying numbing cream, completing consent forms, and administering medications as required
- Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures to ensure efficient and safe treatment delivery
- Perform assigned non-medical procedures that support clinical operations and patient care
- Capture pre- and post-treatment photos and maintain accurate documentation for patient records
- Explain procedure details, expected downtime, and post-care instructions clearly to patients to support their understanding and compliance
- Follow up with patients after procedures to monitor recovery and arrange review appointments as needed
- Explain and recommend clinic products to patients to support their treatment and care plans
- Manage stock inventory by monitoring supplies and placing orders to maintain adequate clinic resources
- Assist consultants and doctors during manpower shortages to maintain smooth clinic operations
- Ensure procedure rooms are fully stocked, clean, and maintained according to clinic standards
- Sterilize medical equipment following clinic protocols to maintain hygiene and patient safety
- Support front desk operations by assisting with patient check-in, answering calls, and booking appointments when needed
- Prepare procedure reports upon doctors requests to document treatments accurately
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic functions and team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant clinic, healthcare, or aesthetic experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Minimum Secondary School / O Level or Professional Certificate
