Job Description:
- Schedule patient appointments
- Maintain patient records as per PDPA Act
- Identify patients insurance coverage / collect payments
- Clinic Management System / insurance portals
- Customer service / support triage for patients
- Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks
- Dispensing of medication
- Height/Weight measurements
- Check blood pressure
- 5.5 days office hours
- Permanent / Contract position
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, patient oriented and progressive
- Good application of tools for data management & analysis
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels, Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 6 months experience in Clinic setting
- Foster a supportive & compassionate environment for patients
- Available to start immediately
- Only for Singapore / Singapore PRs
