Client Partner

We are urgently hiring for a dedicated Client Partner - Large Accounts at iCompaz; The Client Partner is responsible for owning and growing strategic client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, driving revenue, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client business matters. This role combines account management, business development, delivery oversight, and longterm client strategy.

Location: Singapore

Experience Requirement: 12-20 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Growth

• Own and manage the endtoend relationship for a key Telecom and some strategic clients, serving as the trusted advisor for all technology, Consulting and Business Operation needs.
• Develop a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth, customer value, and solution adoption. Identify and nurture new sales opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and GTM with the client; through Consultative Engagement

2. Relationship Building: Build and sustain seniorlevel and Csuite relationships within the customer organization.

3. Sales Execution

• Work collaboratively with solution specialists, technical presales, delivery, and partner teams to build and close complex IT deals.
• Manage the end-to-end Sales Process like an owner; Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly, annual revenue and margin targets.
