Job Summary
The Client Executive is accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of Financial Services accounts in the APAC region, managing a portfolio with total revenue of at least $25M. This role leads account strategy, revenue forecasting, and service excellence to drive business growth and client loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of account strategies to achieve revenue growth and financial targets across Financial Services accounts in the APAC region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives to expand business through consultative selling and strategic partnership
- Drive business development initiatives and sales results by identifying and qualifying new opportunities within assigned accounts
- Design and deliver innovative, value-added solutions by leveraging internal resources and external partners to meet client needs
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to qualify deals and secure new business aligned with strategic goals
- Oversee operations and delivery to ensure service excellence and high client satisfaction
- Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability for assigned accounts
- Lead and motivate distributed, global teams to achieve business objectives and foster collaboration
- Apply deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry domain to tailor solutions and anticipate market trends
- Utilize a global delivery model effectively by coordinating on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore capabilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client value and long-term partnership success
Required competencies and certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Graduate-level degree
- Demonstrated success managing client portfolios with annual revenue of at least $25M
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
