Job Responsibilities
Client Management & Financials
- Engage clients to understand needs and promote Xceedance solutions drive growth through new and existing account expansion
- Build trusted client relationships and represent Xceedance at industry events
- Act as internal client advocate and single point of contact for escalations on deliverables
- Leverage market and competitive insights to position Xceedance differentiators and maximize account value
- Maintain current client contracts (SOW and MSA) and oversee billing, invoicing, and payment resolution proactively flag delays and follow up on issues
- Manage account P&L and profitability
- Execute the strategic business development framework using Salesforce to manage prospects through the full sales cycle
Service Delivery
- Coordinate governance sessions between clients and internal delivery teams
- Lead Voice of Customer / NPS initiatives and drive resulting action plans
- Serve as primary escalation contact for service delivery and billing matters
Requirements
- 12+ years leading business development and client relationships in insurance services
- Track record managing large-budget engagements and revenue accountability
- Deep, practical understanding of insurance operations and how Xceedance offerings solve client challenges
- Established network at decision-making levels across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies
- Experienced working in globally distributed environments with international clients
- Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with strong storytelling, emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven deal-closing ability
- Willing to travel 15%+ with occasional international trips
