- Develop a strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its role in the economy
- Participate in financial literacy training and prepare for professional certifications (e.g., CMFAS M9, M9A, HI)
- Engage in learning sessions, fireside chats, and networking events with senior leadership
- Gain exposure to the healthcare sector through organized hospital visits
- Build professional relationships through networking opportunities and cohort collaboration
- Take part in wellness and team-building initiatives (e.g., intern challenges)
