Job Summary
You will oversee cleaner training, monitor cleaning performance, manage cleaner deployment, and maintain accurate daily timesheets to ensure smooth and effective cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
- Train cleaners on job scope and responsibilities to ensure clear understanding and compliance
- Monitor and evaluate cleaners work performance to maintain high cleaning standards
- Deploy cleaners efficiently to meet operational needs and schedules
- Update and maintain daily timesheets accurately for workforce tracking
- Use basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills to support administrative tasks related to cleaning operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to operate cleaning machines such as Hi-Jet, Scrubber, or Single disc to support cleaning tasks
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license to facilitate cleaner deployment and logistics
- Skills in recruitment to assist in hiring suitable cleaning personnel

- Work schedule: 5.5 days weekly
