Job Summary

Join Diot-Siaci Asia as a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of individual clients by generating new business, managing renewals and delivering tailored insurance solutions in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with existing and potential clients

Account Management

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and value-added service to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Oversee end-to-end client management, service delivery, and issue resolution within agreed service standards
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth by providing tailored insurance solutions aligned with individual client needs
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to optimize client coverage and account growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support operational and administrative tasks including preparation of proposals, renewal documents, and client reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the company

Required competencies and certifications

  • 2 years of advisory experience in the insurance brokerage industry or a strong willingness to learn and develop in this field
  • Experience in Life Insurance and International Private Medical Insurance
  • Possess relevant insurance certifications including CGI, BCP, PGI, HI, CM-LIP (M9 + M9A), and M5/RES5
  • Authorized to work in Singapore without the need for work pass sponsorship

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer programs to prepare presentations, forms, and spreadsheets efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, team members, and insurance partners
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Outgoing client service professional with strong networking and engagement abilities
