Support RMs in client interactions and attend to client queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of client enquiries and issues.
Promptly and accurately process clients banking and investment transactions, including order taking, trade execution, account onboarding, static data maintenance, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
Provide ongoing financial advisory support through preparation of marketing presentations, research reports, investment products, and high conviction recommended lists, as well as respond to investment product queries.
Collate reports, prepare client documents, and follow up with clients as needed.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to maintain optimal client service.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies, escalating service issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
Mentor new CAAs and participate in ad hoc projects such as system application UAT, process improvements, and focus groups, as required.
