Job Description

StriveX is partnering with a newly setup External Asset Management (EAM) to look for an Assistant Client Advisor to join their team.

The Assistant Client Advisor supports Relationship Managers in managing client relationships for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. The role focuses on client servicing, investment support, execution, and regulatory documentation, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance within a Singapore-regulated EAM environment

Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests.
  • Preparing meeting materials, and customized reports.
  • Ensure timely execution of client instructions including payments, transfers and account updates.

Client Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, including KYC collection, due diligence checks, and account opening documentation.
  • Ensure all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve documentation or onboarding issues promptly.

Portfolio & Transaction Support

  • Support monitoring of client portfolios, investment allocations, and product maturity schedules.
  • Facilitate execution of investment transactions by coordinating with product specialists and dealing desks.
  • Assist in periodic reviews, alerts, and remediation tasks related to AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in private banking, EAM, family office or financial services preferred.
  • CACS 1 and 2 certifications
  • Understanding of banking products, investment instruments, and account operations.
  • Experience with KYC, AML, and regulatory processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a new setup environment.
