Client Account Support
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in servicing client accounts by understanding, anticipating, and executing client transactions.
- Attend to client queries, review and resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of client banking and investment transactions, including Post Executed Trades (PET), account onboarding, static maintenance, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
Documentation & Reporting
- Collate reports, prepare client documents, and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Support ad hoc administrative duties to ensure optimal client service.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies.
- Escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
