Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support RMs in client interactions and attend to client queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of client enquiries and issues.
  • Promptly and accurately process clients banking and investment transactions, including order taking, trade execution, account onboarding, static data maintenance, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
  • Provide ongoing financial advisory support through preparation of marketing presentations, research reports, investment products, and high conviction recommended lists, as well as respond to investment product queries.
  • Collate reports, prepare client documents, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to maintain optimal client service.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies, escalating service issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Mentor new CAAs and participate in ad hoc projects such as system application UAT, process improvements, and focus groups, as required.
