Job Description

  • Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with business operations & reporting.
  • Support Director with clients meetings
  • Increase company sales by expanding the customer base through targeted outreach, including cold calling.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer profiles who may need the company's services.

Personal and Social

    • Must be a strong team player and possess excellent inter-personal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and communicate closely with team members, most importantly with the firm's clients and investors.

    • The incumbent will be expected to show initiative, be assertive and highly independent in their work. Strong communication skills, a highly pleasant demeanour, the ability to take on responsibility and ownership are must haves
