Customer Service (Confinement Centre)

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and nannies to ensure a smooth deployment
• Follow up with customers on their experience with our nannies
• Managing schedule of different customers and nannies
• Answering customer queries on our products and services
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
• Administrative tasks related to customer's job requirements
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements

• Our nannies are mostly mandarin speaking
• Diplomas, general education degree or equivalent
• 3 years of working experience in Customer Service-related roles
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
