Job Summary
You will support daily operations in an automotive workshop by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining customer records, and facilitating communication between technicians and customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties and manage documentation to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Schedule and coordinate workshop activities to optimize workflow and resource use
- Maintain accurate customer records and job orders to support service delivery
- Facilitate clear communication between technicians and customers to enhance service quality
- Organize and maintain filing systems and perform data entry to ensure information accuracy
- Provide general office support to assist daily administrative functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry to support administrative tasks
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage interactions and workflow
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
- No prior experience required willingness to learn through provided training
Other Information
Benefits and Work Environment
- Monthly salary SGD 2,300 - SGD 2,400
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 6-day work week with 6 monthly rest days
