We're looking for a hands-on, driven individual to join our fast-growing team in the circularity and waste management space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up-like environment, is comfortable with numbers and data, and is eager to learn and grow alongside a passionate team.
You'll work directly with the Head, Marketing on sales, business development, account management, vendor coordination, and special projects. Your stakeholders will include clients in the built environment as well as downstream vendors in the circularity economy, so a strong sense of customer service and relationship-building is key.
No prior industry experience is required - we're looking for someone with grit, curiosity, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in circularity and clean stream solutions.
Support sales pipeline planning and client acquisition strategies.
Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients. - Account & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Project & Vendor Management
Assist in managing circularity-related projects, including solutioning, data analysis, and implementation.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. - Strategic Support
Contribute to the development of business plans and go-to-market strategies.
Support research, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making and client engagements.
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant forums and networks.
