Chief Technology Officer

We are a 2C-focused internet tech company with a large and active user base in Asia. To drive technical upgrading and business expansion, we seek an outstanding CTO to lead the tech team and fuel our growth in the region.

Job Responsibilities

- Formulate and implement overall technical strategies, aligning with business goals to design technical architecture and roadmap for long-term development.

- Lead R&D and iteration of core products, ensuring stability, security, and user experience to meet diverse needs of Asian users.

- Oversee resolution of high-concurrency and large-data challenges, optimize system performance, and guarantee stability during traffic peaks.

- Manage tech team building, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to cultivate an efficient, professional, and innovative team.

- Establish technical protocols and workflows to enhance development efficiency and mitigate technical risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to integrate technology with business, providing robust technical support.

- Monitor industry tech trends, explore new technologies/methods, and guide technical innovation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields; 10+ years in internet tech R&D and management, with 5+ years as CTO or equivalent.

- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-concurrency 2C systems, with a proven track record in handling massive user traffic.

- Excellent English proficiency (working language level) for international communication, technical documentation, and conferences.

- Strong management skills: team leadership, coordination, communication, and decision-making abilities to motivate and unite teams.

- Familiarity with Southeast Asian internet market, user traits, technical demands, and local regulations; relevant experience preferred.

- High sense of responsibility and ambition, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel frequently between Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
