Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

. Lead the development and execution of the company's overall strategy, ensuring long-term sustainable growth aligned with corporate objectives.

. Represent the company with investors, partners, and regulatory authorities, building and maintaining trusted relationships.

. Direct and inspire the executive management team, driving cross-functional collaboration and effective resource allocation.

. Oversee financial health, operational compliance, and risk management, while providing regular reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

. 10+ years of professional experience in technology-related industries such as the internet, software/hardware, technology consulting, or blockchain.

. Minimum 2 years in senior executive or leadership roles within large-scale organizations such as payment or technology companies.

. Strong knowledge of blockchain, with in-depth understanding of payments, wallets, and stablecoin businesses.
Established reputation and network within the industry, with the ability to quickly gain market trust.

. Exceptional strategic thinking, capital market expertise, and organizational leadership skills.

Fluent in English and Chinese with a global perspective and proven ability to operate across international markets.
