Chief TCM Physician

We are seeking an experienced Chief TCM Physician to lead clinical operations and deliver high standards of patient care. This role combines clinical practice with team leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide TCM consultation and treatment in line with established practices
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling and workflows
• Ensure compliance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board regulations
• Lead and guide TCM physicians and clinic staff
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in service quality and efficiency
• Support implementation of operational and strategic initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Master's degree in TCM preferred
• Experience in clinic operations or team leadership is an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
