Job Description

1. Platform Operations Management

Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day platform operations to ensure system stability, optimal performance, and a high-quality user experience.

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

2. User Growth and Retention

User Acquisition: Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase registrations and active users.

User Experience: Continuously improve user experience by addressing feedback and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Data Analysis and Decision-Making

Data Monitoring: Track and analyze key operational metrics such as user activity, retention rates, and conversion rates.

Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and optimize operational and marketing initiatives.

4. Team Management

Team Building: Build and manage operations and customer service teams, set performance targets, and conduct evaluations to improve productivity and collaboration.

Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and professional skills.

5. Marketing and Promotion

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.

Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party platforms, advertising partners, and other stakeholders.

6. Product and Technical Collaboration

Product Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to drive feature enhancements and innovation aligned with user needs.

Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth system support, maintenance, and scalability.

7. Risk and Compliance Management

Risk Identification: Identify and assess potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Compliance: Ensure operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Industry Trends and Market Research

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, and adjust operational strategies to respond to market changes.

Job Requirements:

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the domain name industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or team management role.

Proven track record in product operations or marketing execution with measurable results.

Skills and Competencies

Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams while executing strategic plans.

Data Analytics: Proficient in data analysis tools strong experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data processing and visualization ability to derive actionable insights.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to identify business opportunities familiarity with ICANN policies, registry requirements, and industry procedures.

Project Management: Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute projects effectively.

Communication: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with stakeholders, particularly teams based in China.

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of internet technologies familiarity with domain name systems (DNS) is preferred.

Innovation: Ability to develop and implement innovative operational strategies.

Other Requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic internet environment, with strong resilience under pressure.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
