Corporate Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate communications and branding strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media briefings, and crisis communications
• Oversee content development for corporate materials (website, reports, brochures, speeches)
• Support project marketing communications for property launches and campaigns
• Manage corporate announcements, including financial results, partnerships, and milestones
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across departments
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on brand performance and sentiment

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English required Chinese is an advantage for media engagement)
• Experience in media relations and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Prior experience in listed companies or agency background is an advantage
