We're expanding into our next phase of our Services and Managed Services offering across APAC, and we're looking for a Solution Architect / Solution Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping how we design, sell, and deliver high‑value services for some of the region's most strategic customers.
This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, presales, commercial shaping, and delivery. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Managed Services leaders to design compelling service solutions, drive value-based outcomes, and help grow a scalable services organisation across APAC.

What You'll Do:
Solution & Presales Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end solution design across Services and Managed Services, from initial qualification through to proposal, SOW, pricing, and commercial shaping
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, running solutioning workshops, shaping service models, and ensuring outcomes align with business strategy
- Partner closely with Sales to qualify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and identify upsell and transformation potential
Services & Managed Services Growth
- Help evolve and standardise Services and Managed Services offerings to improve scalability, consistency, and customer value
- Identify opportunities to move engagements toward higher-value service models, including managed and outcome-based services
- Collaborate with alliance and technology partners to enhance solution value and differentiation
Operational & Commercial Excellence
- Ensure solution assets, SOWs, and pricing models meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Support commercial discussions to ensure strong ROI for customers and sustainable margin for the business
- Work with delivery teams to ensure the right service model and teams are aligned to each engagement
Strategic Impact
- Contribute to the regional services strategy, helping shape how services are designed, sold, and delivered across APAC
- Support continuous improvement across presales processes, tooling, and go‑to‑market assets
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, service innovation, and best practices
What You Bring
Essential
- Strong experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Managed Services environments
- Proven background in solution architecture, presales, or solution executive roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Commercially astute, with confidence in shaping pricing, SOWs, and service models
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution
Desirable
- Experience across managed services or service-led transformation engagements
- Strong understanding of sales pursuit lifecycles and complex deal shaping
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions (APAC a plus)
