We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to support the day-to-day operations of the company's domain platform, execution of user growth initiatives, and implementation of operational strategies. This role is responsible for translating company strategy into actionable operational plans, leading team management, and driving data-driven optimization. The position plays a critical role in ensuring platform stability, driving user growth, enhancing service quality, and achieving business objectives.
1. Platform Operations Execution and Management
Oversee daily platform operations to ensure system stability and efficient operational processes.
Drive process optimization based on strategies set by the COO to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor operational performance and continuously enhance user experience.
2. User Growth and Customer Operations
Execute user growth initiatives to support acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
Follow up on user feedback and drive improvements in customer experience.
Support the development and implementation of user retention and lifecycle management strategies.
3. Data Analysis and Operational Optimization
Track key operational metrics (e.g., user activity, retention rate, conversion rate).
Identify issues through data analysis and propose optimization solutions.
Support the COO in data-driven decision-making.
4. Team Management and Execution Excellence
Manage the daily operations of the operations team and monitor performance.
Drive team performance and improve efficiency and collaboration.
Participate in staff training and capability development initiatives.
5. Marketing Execution and Partnership Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve user acquisition effectiveness.
Assist in maintaining partner relationships and supporting business expansion.
6. Product and Technical Collaboration
Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement feature improvements and requirements.
Ensure system capabilities align with operational needs.
7. Risk and Compliance Execution
Identify potential operational risks and escalate in a timely manner.
Ensure daily operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the domain industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. Proven experience in the domain industry (domain registrar, domain marketplace, or related internet platforms).
4. Strong understanding of the domain ecosystem, including registries, registrars, and ICANN-related processes.
5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools, with the ability to drive decisions through data.
6. Strong execution and project management capabilities.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
8. Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with China-based teams.
9. Knowledge of internet technologies and domain name systems (DNS) is preferred.
