Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, supply chain, and service delivery
- Develop and execute operational strategies
- Lead teams across multiple F&B units
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Support expansion and new business development
Requirements:
- 8+ years in F&B or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Proven track record in multi-site or high-volume environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
