Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the organizations overall cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
- Manage enterprise risk and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Oversee Security Operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Promote a security-first culture through awareness training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Build and lead a high-performing security team, including talent development and capability building
Working Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years in cybersecurity, technology, or risk leadership roles within a multinational environment.
- Deep expertise in GRC, security operations, architecture, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with strong Board-level communication, stakeholder management, and crisis leadership capabilities.
