Job Description

Position: Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR function and spearhead strategic transformation. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and functionally to the Board Staff Committee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies to build workforce agility and elevate organisational performance.
  • Lead all facets of human resource management, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and capability building.
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational effectiveness.
  • Drive change management and lead the digital transformation of HR systems and processes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Optimise workforce productivity in a complex supply chain environment by partnering closely with senior leadership to foster operational excellence.
  • Promote a strong culture of integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and innovation, while championing good corporate governance across the organisation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Human Resources, Organisation Development, or Supply Chain Management (e.g., Graduate Diploma, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics sectors.
  • Deep expertise in developing HR strategies tailored to supply chain or logistics operations.
  • Proven success in leading HR transformation, implementing HR technologies, and driving workforce optimisation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, with strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
