1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide financial leadership to support international expansion and new market entry.
- Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, investment, and potential fundraising opportunities.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Track business unit performance (e.g., P&L, client profitability, revenue pipeline).
- Provide insights on growth drivers, risks, and margin improvement opportunities.
3. Accounting, Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., Singapore GST/CPF, labor and tax requirements).
- Establish strong internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
4. Operations & Efficiency
- Design financial systems and reporting structures that scale with the company's growth.
- Partner with COO to manage cost structures, optimize cross-border operations, and drive efficiency.
- Negotiate with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and external partners.
