CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and execution to support growth and IPO readiness.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP.
• Manage SEC reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with public company standards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Board on IPO preparation, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and internal controls suitable for a public-company environment.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, M&A, and capital structure optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive with direct IPO execution experience.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong background in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Demonstrated success in building financial infrastructure to support a public listing.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
